A GROUNDBREAKING EDUCATION PROGRAMME

The brief
A top-tier private bank approached us for help with their plans to turn a series of educational events into a unique global education programme for its UHNW clients. It would need to be formal and highly organised, not to mention pioneering, as the largest of its kind in the industry.

Know thyself, know thy customers
We conducted confidential interviews with 50 of the bank's clients, and analysed our findings on a quantitative and qualitative basis. We investigated interviewees' educational needs, desires and experiences, and developed an efficient education programme architecture. Finally, we gauged the potential benefits of upgrading the bank's educational offer in terms of winning and retaining business.

Big insights, big ideas
Through a combination of the insight we've gathered through our research, and the special expertise you can only gather from over a decade of industry and private client experience, we established a strategic approach for the establishment of a global education program. Our recommendations centred around the identification of key areas of focus for the bank; client segmentation criteria; resource requirements and key implementation steps.

Prepare, or prepare to fail
We were also responsible for introducing the new programme to market. Our preparation work includes:
  • A detailed audit of available materials and contents
  • Identification of training resources
  • Preparation of a detailed business plan and budget for the initiative
  • Definition of the required course module structure
  • Mapping of course objectives.

With a seven-figure budget, this education programme will be the largest of its kind in the private banking industry.

The result
With a seven-figure budget, this education programme will be the largest of its kind in the private banking industry.
