| | We are
seeking a confident and experienced BA or MA graduate with a degree in social
sciences, economics or marketing, or with a minimum of three years’ industry
experience in financial markets, wealth management or financial journalism. The
role will involve responsibility for blue-chip client projects and financial analysis,
with a strong emphasis on project delivery. It will mainly consist of: Secondary
research: - Searching the company archives, subscription services and
other open sources for data relevant to specific research reports
- Analysing
qualitative and quantitative data
- Collating/tabulating data and drafting
content in a presentation format
Primary research: - Development
of issues guides for interviews with professionals and private individuals in
the wealth management and related industries
- Database management of professionals
and private individuals as subjects for such research
- Developing contact
with these persons on an ongoing basis
- Interviewing professionals and
private individuals by telephone or face-to-face using an issues guide
- Analysing
qualitative and quantitative data gathered from such field research
- Collating
and tabulating data in a presentation format
The successful candidate
will have experience of both primary and secondary research, strong analytical
skills and experience of conducting interviews. Fluency in one or more European
languages, particularly English, French, German, Italian or Spanish, would also
be a distinct advantage. |
